रेश्मा के देहांत से संगीत क्षेत्रों में लहर

Reshma (Born 1947) is a Pakistani folksinger popular in the Indian subcontinent. She belonged to a gypsy family that moved to Pakistan after Partition. Reshma became extremely popular soon after being discovered by Radio Pakistan. One of her melodies was used by Raj Kapoor in his 1973 film Bobby. A decade later, she sang for Subhash Ghai's film Hero (1983). Reshma has no formal training in classical or folk singing.
