For the last 30 years, Mr. Phoolka has been working single-handedly for the victims of the anti-Sikh massacre of 1984. His name is synonymous to the struggle for justice for these victims. All these years, he has worked tirelessly day and night, without any personal or financial desire.
The youth of Punjab are plagued with addition to drugs and he has been working on anti-drug campaigns to bring these reforms.
So, the party has nominated Mr. Phoolka as a candidate from Ludhiana for Aam Aadmi Party (for the upcoming Loksabha elections). It is only when people like him reach the parliament that they can fight for the rights of the victims and be the voice of the people. This fight is not Mr. Phoolka’s fight.
